1x1Chess operates without accounts or user registration. Your identity and game state are managed entirely through the private game links you share. You are responsible for the links you generate and share.

All software, design, and branding associated with 1x1Chess are the property of St Augustine Technologies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

1x1Chess is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

St Augustine Technologies shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use 1x1Chess.
